Great showroom, excellent customer service and installation, very good pricing.  I got COREtec for the kitchen, SO much nicer than sheet vinyl, and only a tad more expensive.  Carpeted the rest of the house, looks fabulous.

That said, although there are pluses to running a business the old-fashioned way, they don't even have a web site, and I think it'd be good for them to improve their online presence if they're going to compete going forward.
